How this is different

How can I help you?

Why is RTT different?

What would you say if you went to your dentist with toothache and she said, “come back every Friday and
let’s talk about your pain”?

From experience, most clients don’t want to sit in their pain, or manage their pain better, they want to be free
of their pain.

Some clients have been in therapy for many years, being told that therapy is about “learning to live with yourself and managing your pain”. And what is the cost of this
“pain management”?

A life with pain and a weekly financial burden?

RTT technique

RTT embraces many of the positive aspects of hypnosis and hypnotherapy that are known to produce transformative effects on clients, encompassing the use of trance, regression and hypnotic conditioning. However, RTT is unique because it goes beyond traditional approaches, applying a particular set of techniques and modalities in order to maximize beneficial effects and client success.

In the process of hypnosis, the client is fully conscious and in control. The RTT therapist cannot make you do anything or say anything you don’t want to.

You’re working together to investigate the causes of your issue and transform it.

So what does it look like in practice?

We know that clients are time-starved and in pain, both physical and emotional. They want results and they want to get on with their lives. So there are five fundamental differences with RTT:

It is not about “pain management”: RTT aims to deliver permanent change in a single 90 minute session, although some clients and some issues, may require up to three sessions.

It is a methodology and approach that empowers clients. We are not as concerned with the presenting ‘issues’ as we are about finding the underlying root cause. By using a technique called Role, Function, Purpose, it honors and values the significance clients attach to their issues/problems and then offers a powerful release for them. They can actually be free from pain.

It uses Cell Command Therapy as a modality for the purpose of healing the body, as opposed to positive conditioning alone. It is equally effective using zoom, giving clients the opportunity to have sessions at a time and place to suit them. Where ever there is internet, I can support clients!
It draws out ‘unfinished business’, a technique for addressing the trauma that clients might have been holding onto for many years, together with a technique called ‘upgrading the child’ that offers a therapeutic space for dialogue and communication with significant others.

In addition to this, RTT offers several other modalities enabling clients to uncover the meaning and interpretation of events and then changing them, leading to powerful, permanent, change.

My story

Hi, I’m Kannary Keo.

Although I had some success, I always felt like something was missing. I felt stuck. I read all the books, I went to the seminars, I attended leadership training, I just could never reach it.

I became very interested in changing the deep-rooted beliefs that were holding me back.

I tried changing my beliefs by telling myself repeatedly I could do it, I could reach my goals. I would wake up motivated with my to-do lists…… but something was still missing.

Until I had my first hypnosis session. In just 30 minutes my subconscious mind was able to reveal to my hypnotherapist that the real block came from one or two statements I heard when I was 7 years old. I wasn’t even aware of them but they were still affecting me.

This is why all of the “You are strong enough, you are successful” mantras couldn’t change the script in my brain.” Until that point, I didn’t know which script to rewrite.

“I’ve always been interested in what makes people successful.

I was so amazed I couldn’t believe what had just happened. I wanted to learn how this worked so I enrolled in Rapid Transformational Therapy School so that I could learn everything about this.

I quickly realized it could help so many people overcome their challenges. Everything from success blocks, to feelings of failure, lack of confidence, addictions, overeating, fear, and anxiety. All of those issues really boil down to one thing, finding those 1-2 statements that your subconscious is still holding onto and driving your conscious behavior. This is why I do what I do.

I started having success, reaching goals I set out to achieve but realized I was unhappy with my body and with my health. The previous summer I gained 20% of my body weight, and my cholesterol was high for someone that was only 40. I tried a bunch of diets but could never stick with them because I loved eating greasy and starchy food. On top of that, I’m Asian and we eat rice for breakfast, lunch, and dinner 🙂

I realized if I could reprogram my brain to be successful I could reprogram the way my brain thought about food and apply it towards eating healthier.

I started working with this group of women whom all wanted to lose weight as well.

As I started to develop scripts for them I realized that my own weight started to come off, and I lost 7 inches off my waist, without doing anything!

Not only did it work for me it worked for that group of women. I was able to lose 20 lbs, and other women lost even more. One woman lost 60lbs, another 40 lbs. One is no longer pre-diabetic, and another came off insulin completely. Some only needed to lose 10 lbs while others just couldn’t find the motivation to exercise. The women ranged from ages 20-70. I realized was that it worked for everybody!

So they said to me “You really have to help more people, I know other people who need this,” and they started to tell friends who started to call me.

I realized I was onto something, I don’t know anybody else who approaches weight loss in this same way and that’s why I do what I do.
