What is Wellness?

To me, Wellness is Inner Peace and Happiness from within. When you are happy with the person you are mentally, physically and spiritually you have wellness, you radiate from within and no one can take that away from you.

You can have all the materialistic things in the world and be surrounded by people who tell you how amazing you are but unless you believe it yourself you will not be happy.

So many of us suffer from not feeling good enough, some have imposter syndrome.
